Yeah, I was pretty P-Oed about it. It wouldn't have been so bad, but they lost my boss' reservation that I made, and as I told them, problems come back to me regardless of whether or not I'm actually to blame. Of course my boss understood it in the end, but it was an additional stress I didn't need.
