I haven't felt much like writing lately, so I skipped the Friday Funny, but here's a little something that made me laugh in a different way.
"UNITED NATIONS, April 13 -- The 191-member U.N. General Assembly on Wednesday unanimously approved a treaty outlawing the use of nuclear weapons by terrorists and their supporters."
I'll wait a moment for that to sink in...
