I saw the You-tube piece where the coffee sommelier made all sorts of cool pictures in the foam like that.at 4:30 in the morning I'm lucky that my mouth even finds the edge of the cup.

You and me both! If I could hook the coffee machine to my alarm clock and install a tube to pour the coffee in my mouth I would do it.
