Safety Award 3

Today's award goes to this guy, who is standing properly on his ladder. Unfortunatly this is the wrong ladder in the wrong place.

Shocking!

Hmm... did I miss something in Chem class in High School, or is aluminum non-conductive as it's used in consumer goods like cans and ladders?

I guess I shouldn't be saying anything - you make this stuff, you would know, but I could've sworn... -Bo

  2. Resistance may vary according to the alloy type, but it's still conductive. In fact Aluminum wiring has been banned for most residential construction because it has a strange characteristing that causes resistance to go down as the temperature goes up. That has supposedly led to fires under certain circumstances.
